What are views and can I add more?

A view corresponds to an end user access to AR/VR Experience on a browser. The number of views is equal to the number of times AR is being accessed. Additional views can be purchased to match your demands.

What happens when my AR/VR views are used up?

All plans include a certain number of views, it is optional to buy additional views.
You will receive email notifications informing you once your views are running low.
Your AR/VR experiences will not be accessible to end users once your views run out.

Can I add more users to the basic and business plans?

More users can be added to your account.

Is there a difference between the Basic and Business Plan?

Basic Plan only allows you to use modal view AR experience function.
Business Plans allows access to the full suite of Web AR features.

Why am I not able to switch to another plan from my existing plan?

You are only able to upgrade within the Basic and Business Plans as well as your billing cycle from Monthly to Annually. Kindly contact us if you wish to upgrade from Basic to Business Plans.

What is the difference between monthly and annual mode?

Monthly mode is billed monthly until cancellation. Annual mode is billed once annually until cancellation.

How do I pay for my subscription?

We accept Visa and Mastercard. For any customized plan, payment method will be advised accordingly.

Can I add customized functions?

Definitely! You may contact us to enquire. We will assist you on your requirements.

Is there a difference between QR code and a custom QR code?

A QR code is generated randomly to allow your users to trigger Web AR experiences.
A custom QR code allows you to add in visuals and designs to the QR code graphic.

What should I do near the end of my subscription?

You will be notified via email and your plan will be automatically renewed. There is no action required from you.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

You may unsubscribe at any time, you may continue using till the end of the subscription or trial term.
